I had the pleasure to be a graduate student in the Master of Science in Leadership and Change program at St. Edward’s University and had Ryan as a professor. It is not often that someone is as approachable and vulnerable and captivating as Ryan was that first night of class. I immediately knew I would be challenged by him and that I would ultimately learn a lot from him. As the coursework unfolded for my classmates and me, that is exactly what happened. Nightly, we were encouraged to share and to listen with open hearts.
